Position Overview:
DGital Recruit is seeking a motivated Strategy and Operations Intern to join our team and contribute to the strategic development and operational efficiency of our organization. This internship offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced start-up environment, where you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business objectives and support the growth of our HR technology platform.

Rate of Pay: $15
Hours: 20 per week

Responsibilities:
- Strategic Analysis: Conduct research and analysis to identify market trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging opportunities within the HR technology industry. Assist in evaluating potential strategic partnerships, alliances, and business development initiatives.
- Operational Support: Work closely with the operations team to optimize internal processes and workflows. Assist in developing and implementing efficient systems for project management, resource allocation, and performance tracking.
- Data Analytics: Gather and analyze data to generate insights and inform decision-making across various aspects of the business. Utilize data visualization tools to create reports and dashboards that facilitate strategic planning and operational excellence.
- Project Management: Support the execution of strategic initiatives and operational projects by coordinating tasks, managing timelines, and monitoring progress against objectives. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage with colleagues from different departments, including product development, marketing, sales, and customer success, to drive alignment and synergy across the organization. Contribute ideas and perspectives to interdisciplinary discussions and problem-solving efforts.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate documentation of project plans, meeting minutes, and action items. Prepare presentations and reports for internal stakeholders and external partners, summarizing key findings, recommendations, and progress updates.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed an Associates or Bachelor's degree program, preferably in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service, operations, or business development experience
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and interpret data from diverse sources
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and proactive approach to problem-solving,
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel macros, SQL, Tableau) are preferred
- Passion for technology, innovation, and entrepreneurship, with a desire to learn and grow in a dynamic start-up environment
