Business Development & Placement Specialist.

We are seeking a Business Development & Placement Specialist. to become an integral part of our team! You will gauge sales opportunities and provide extensive customer service to all clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Educate and sell company products and services to new and existing customers clients
  • Reach agreed upon sales targets by deadline
  • Close and follow up on sales transactions
  • Investigate and resolve customer issues and complaints
  • Network and build relationships with new and existing client base

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Compensation:

    • Hourly Rate: $30 per hour

    • Minimum Commitment: 20 hours per week

    • Commission: 25% of the first month’s gross resident fee for each successfully placed long-term resident

    • Commission payable after 30 days of resident retention and receipt of payment

    Schedule:

    • Hybrid remote/onsite

    • Minimum two (2) onsite days per week at the Virginia office

    • Office hours: Monday–Saturday, 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

    • Saturday is considered a regular business day

    Performance Bonus:

    • $1,500 retention bonus payable after 90 days of continuous employment,

    subject to satisfactory performance and mutual agreement to renew employment.

  • EMPLOYMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS

    • Employee will follow Company policies, procedures, and reporting requirements.

    • Overtime subject to applicable law.

    • Employee eligible for payroll tax withholding.
