Administrative & Customer Service Representative

Status: Full-time & Part-time
 Schedule Requirement (must be available):

Mon–Fri: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Every weekend (Sat & Sun): 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
(Please do not apply if you are not available to work within these hours on any day as needed. Shifts will be scheduled within these ranges.)

Job Summary

We’re seeking a motivated, organized professional to join our driving school as an Administrative & Customer Service Representative. You’ll manage daily office tasks, deliver excellent service to students and parents, and keep operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Interaction: Answer calls, emails, and walk-ins; book lessons; support test prep; resolve concerns.

Administrative Support: Scheduling, data entry, filing, and maintaining student records.

Financial Duties: Process payments, handle billing inquiries, and manage transactions.

Communication: Relay information to instructors/students; coordinate lesson plans and schedules.

Office Management: Maintain supplies, keep the office organized, and assist with general duties.

Engage & Educate: Explain courses, endorsements, and benefits to prospective students and businesses.


Drive Enrollment: Convert walk-ins and company reps; register employees for training.

Achieve Sales Goals: Meet/exceed enrollment targets through effective communication and strategy.

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills; customer-focused attitude

Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced setting

Sales or customer service experience preferred

Ability to explain information clearly and persuasively; goal-driven and self-motivated

Proficient with computers, Microsoft Office, and standard office equipment

Must have own vehicle

Strong organization, attention to detail, and multitasking ability

Spanish & English bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
