1 Week Fall Flash Course! 

The first step in starting your career in real estate for Virginia is obtaining a license. Our 60-hour (32-hour seat-time) Principles of Real Estate Course will equip you with everything you need to obtain your Virginia Real Estate license! After just 1 week in class, you'll be ready to take the required exams to get your license. The Fall Flash Course sessions will be taught one day in-person and the other days on Zoom with a live instructor. Fee includes eBooks embedded with study guides, videos and more to help prepare you for the PSI exam! 

THIS COURSE FULFILLS THE 60-HOUR PRELICENSING COURSE REQUIREMENT.
