Description
Summary
The Virginia Talent + Opportunity Partnership (V-TOP) is a workforce development accelerator that provides students and businesses with resources to optimize the mutual benefits of work-based learning. Our local V-TOP representative, the Rappahannock Work and Learn Collaborative, is offering a free, online workshop designed to help organizations learn how to develop high-quality, mutually beneficial internship experiences. Participation in this program will help eligible organizations fulfill the training prerequisite to qualify for state-funded support to create or expand an internship program.
