We will begin boarding the bus to NYC at 2:45 am and depart at 3:00 am. ( Stafford Commuter Lot, across from LOWE's, Exit 143B Garrisonville Rd) We will begin boarding to head back to Virginia at 3:45pm and depart at 4:00 pm
