Join us for Advocacy Day. When the Virginia Black Chamber of Commerce (VABCC) and Virginia Black Caucus of Local Elected Officials (VABC-LEO), business owners and community members, unite, we advocate powerfully for the interests of the black community. 

Our collective efforts help to ensure that the voice of the black community is heard and their needs are addressed.
