Enid is a Certified Licensed Partner of Future Achievements International and a Leadership Speaker Trainer and Coach. She has worked in senior leadership positions providing fiduciary assurance and financial management across various sectors and geographical locations. She is also a member of the Lionesses of Africa, a one million-strong community of women entrepreneurs across the African continent and the Diaspora.

Enid has a proven track record of success with over 25 years of leadership and coaching experience in public and private organizations. She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA Finance) degree from Edinburgh Business School and a Master of Science in Information Technology from Sikkim Manipal University. She is also a Fellow of the Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) UK, and a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA).

Enid's extensive professional background includes roles such as Senior Finance Officer at The World Bank, Financial Controller at ABSA Bank, and Head of Administration and Finance at WaterAid. Notable achievements include managing large change management initiatives, leading a 500+ strong women’s network forum, and coaching teams and individuals in Personal Leadership Effectiveness.

Enid is also the Lead Consultant at EKB Consultants LLC, a leadership effectiveness consultancy firm based in Virginia, USA. She is also the Treasurer and Board Member of The Joule Foundation, founded to inspire and equip young African girls with STEM education and career skills.

With exposure to life, work, and adventure in 10+ countries, Enid brings an exciting perspective to all her engagements. Her passion for developing talent is palpable, and she works with skill and integrity to achieve her goals, inspiring hope and progress in her clients.

Enid has experience designing and delivering leadership development initiatives and coaching in Uganda, Ghana, Nigeria, Mozambique, South Africa, and the USA. Key clients include WaterAid, Barclays Bank, Arapapa, Bless A Child Foundation, and the International Rescue Commission (IRC).
