Bright Path Senior Care Homes of Virginia provides non-medical, home-based assisted living, memory support, adult day care, and respite services in a safe residential setting. Services are designed to support daily living, supervision, and quality of life while promoting dignity, independence, and personal choice. Care is delivered through individualized service plans developed in coordination with residents and families and adjusted as needs change. Assistance with activities of daily living (personal care, mobility support, meals, and daily routines) Memory support services for individuals with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia, including structured routines and cognitive engagement Adult day care services providing daytime supervision, companionship, and activities Respite care for short-term or temporary stays Social, recreational, and cognitive activities appropriate to each resident’s abilities Medication reminders and observation (non-medical) Ongoing wellness monitoring and supervision Bright Path operates a small, home-based care model to ensure personalized attention, consistent supervision, and a supportive living environment. Services are non-medical and do not include skilled nursing or clinical care. Services are available in English, Spanish, and Haitian Creole.
