Bright Path Senior Care Homes of Virginia provides non-medical, home-based assisted living, memory support, adult day care, and respite services in a safe residential setting. Services are designed to support daily living, supervision, and quality of life while promoting dignity, independence, and personal choice.

Care is delivered through individualized service plans developed in coordination with residents and families and adjusted as needs change.

Services Provided

  • Assistance with activities of daily living (personal care, mobility support, meals, and daily routines)

  • Memory support services for individuals with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia, including structured routines and cognitive engagement

  • Adult day care services providing daytime supervision, companionship, and activities

  • Respite care for short-term or temporary stays

  • Social, recreational, and cognitive activities appropriate to each resident’s abilities

  • Medication reminders and observation (non-medical)
