Rest, As Legacy is a Black-centered, women-led healing gathering created as a space to slow down, soften, and return to ourselves—together. ​This intentional afternoon invites participants into gentle grounding, guided reflection, creative integration, and a restorative pause, all held with care and community. ​Light refreshments and tea will be provided. Each ticket also includes entry into a wellness basket raffle as a small offering of care. ​All practices are consent-based and accessible. Movement and sharing are always optional. No prior experience is required. ​This is not a high-energy or performance-based wellness event. It is a spacious, grounded gathering centered on rest, reflection, and connection.
